- About dividends -​​

Our company's policy is to pay dividends with a payout ratio of 30%, taking into consideration the company's operating results, financial condition, future outlook, etc.​

- Main uses of internal reserves -​

Retained funds will be used primarily to build new stores and shopping centers, renovate them, invest in information systems related to logistics and purchasing, and invest in human resources to strengthen organizational capabilities through recruitment, training, and transfers, and to expand business and manage management. We will continue to strengthen our foundation.​

Furthermore, in accordance with a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders in June 2004, we amended our articles of incorporation to allow acquisition of treasury stock by resolution of the board of directors. We strive to implement flexible capital policies in order to maintain and improve shareholder value.​ ​​
